In today's dynamic Irish real estate market, the importance of title insurance cannot be overstated. With the urgent need for increased housing development and the continuous growth of sectors like biopharma, data centers, and technology, title insurance plays a pivotal role in mitigating risks and seizing opportunities.
As a conveyancing solicitor with extensive experience in utilising title insurance policies, I have personally witnessed the significant benefits they offer to clients, preventing time delays and reducing costs associated with complex corrective conveyancing procedures.
However, it's essential to recognise that title insurance is still underutilised by many investors and developers in Ireland. My aim now, as the lead of the Irish business, is to spearhead the conveyancing revolution and help our clients embrace the full potential of title insurance.

Aisling is a qualified Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland, with 9 years of post-qualification experience. Prior to joining us, she excelled as an associate in prominent law firms, specialising in commercial property acquisitions, disposals, financing, due diligence, landlord-tenant transactions, and advising on planning matters and procedures. She holds an Honors BCL from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
