Introducing Kathryn Graham – Strategic Client Director

Westcor is delighted to announce the appointment of Kathryn Graham as Strategic Client Director.

Kathryn began her career in private practice, qualifying and practicing as a commercial real estate lawyer at a leading international law firm. She quickly distinguished herself by advising on high-profile development and finance transactions and later completed a secondment with the corporate real estate legal team of a major banking institution.

Over the past decade, Kathryn has built a distinguished career in the title insurance sector, forging enduring relationships with many of the UK’s top law firms and international brokers. She is widely respected for her technical precision, commercial acumen, and genuine client care.

With a professional background that mirrors many of her clients’, Kathryn brings a unique perspective to her role. Her legal expertise, combined with a practical understanding of real estate transactions, positions her perfectly to support and advise stakeholders across the sector.

Kathryn was drawn to Westcor by its philosophy of partnership and collaboration.

“There’s a genuine appetite for tailoring solutions,” she notes. “For clients, that means we can be proactive and imaginative in solving problems.”

As Strategic Client Director, Kathryn will lead Westcor’s client strategy, strengthening relationships and elevating underwriting support for complex real estate transactions. Collaborating closely with colleagues within the business, she is focused on delivering a seamless, integrated experience for every client.

“It’s about being creative,” she explains. “Some firms are using insurance to wrap portfolios of assets or to accelerate timelines on complex acquisitions. Others simply want to pick up the phone and ask, ‘Is this insurable?’, and together, we explore what’s possible. The best solutions come from conversation. Even if something feels unusual or outside the box, we work through it together. There’s rarely a straight no; more often, it’s about finding the right angle.”

This collaborative mindset aligns seamlessly with Westcor’s expanding footprint in the UK, built on a reputation for agile, imaginative underwriting and a growing portfolio of specialist risk solutions. Kathryn’s blend of legal expertise, commercial insight and client-focused empathy will be instrumental in shaping Westcor’s next chapter of growth.

Across bridging, specialist buy-to-let and commercial and unregulated lending, activity remained resilient, loan books continued to grow and competition intensified, even as lenders stayed disciplined on risk and pricing.
